In order to further study the improvement effect of resilient wheel on performance of vehicle dynamic, the dynamic models of tram with resilient wheel which has concentrated force element, 4 and 20 uniform circumferential distributed force elements are established respectively. Under three modeling methods, the performance indexes of tram are compared and analyzed. The running stability of the tram with resilient wheel with 4 and 20 distributed force elements is basically consistent. The curve passing simulation results of 4 force elements and concentrated force element are quite different from those of 20 force elements. The influence of whose internal transmission mode is simplified and ignored, so 4 force elements and concentrated force element modeling methods are not suitable in the curve passing performance research.
