This paper introduces a social network based model for the co-evolutionary learning of the strategies in the multiple choices iterated prisoner’s dilemma (IPD) game with reputation mechanism. First, social connection in social network is introduced to the multiple choices IPD game, and the effect of social connections on the co-evolution of cooperative behaviors is discussed. Secondly, a reputation mechanism is employed to the social network based model. The approaches show better co-evolutionary learning performances in adapting the social environment, and the reputation mechanism evolves cooperation.
